As we operate using a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary depending on the destination and supplier.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • European Union: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Willow and Wisp is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we will assist where possible.
